This document outlines the Terms of Use for Bezel from Nonstrict B.V. for the use of our Bezel or services.
These Terms apply when you download, use and/or purchuse our app Bezel, or any other app of ours that links to these Terms of Use.
Bezel is designed to help users mirror and present your iPhone. The app's performance is dependent on the user's device's hardware and software. Nonstrict make no guarantees about its functionality.
Nonstrict holds the Intellectual Property and copyright of the software. The copyright of any used imagery, such as the device bezels, belong to its creators. It is prohibited for the user to infringe upon our Intellectual Property rights.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the usage of, or inability to use, the software. Nonstrict does not assume responsibility for the loss of user data.
By installing the Bezel, the user agrees to the following:
If you are not satisfied with your software purchase for any reason, we ask that you contact us at [email protected] with the reason you want a refund. Regardless of the reason we'll provide you a refund provided you contact us within 30 days of purchase. Many of our products have fully-functional trial versions on our website so you can try before you buy.
Once you're given a refund, we ask that you remove all copies of our software from your system immediately.
Transactions in the Apple App Store are final and eligibility for a refund is at the sole discretion of Apple. Instructions on how to request a refund with Apple can be found on their support pages.
These terms are subject to change by Nonstrict at any time in its sole discretion.
